Payment help

Card and wallet payments

Wallet buttons appear automatically when your device, browser and card issuer support them. You do not need to install anything.

Using Apple Pay without Safari

You no longer need Safari to pay with Apple Pay. If you are using Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Opera on a Mac or PC, choose Apple Pay and a code appears on screen. Scan it with the camera on your iPhone or iPad to approve the payment. The payment then completes in this browser.

To scan a code your iPhone or iPad must be running iOS 18 or later. Apple Pay is not available in Chrome on Android, or in mainland China outside Safari. If you cannot use Apple Pay, pay by card or bank account instead.

ACH Direct Debit

Your bank connection is handled by the payment provider. Instant verification is attempted first, with micro-deposit verification available when required. ACH payments can remain processing for several business days.

Payment status

Your browser closing the payment window does not confirm a payment. What you see here is the status your bank or card issuer has actually reported.
